(eTradeWire.Org) – Americana Community Bank of Sleepy Eye is proud to announce that Carol Hengel of Sleepy Eye celebrated 42 years of service with the bank on January 15, 2010. At the time Hengel was hired, the bank was known as the State Bank of Sleepy Eye. The bank name was changed and the existing bank building was completed in 1985.

Attached is a photo of ACB, Sleepy Eye’s longest tenured staff. They have a combined 186 years of banking experience, averaging 31 years of banking each. Shown are Hengel (seated, front) and (left to right) Melva Haala, Jeane Havemeier, Sandy Zarn, Linda Hansen and Lavonn Braun. Hanson and Braun are currently employed by Americana Agency, affiliated with Americana Community Bank.
