The award was given to the company with the best overall marketing efforts.
The award-winning marketing program included special feedback postcards, tax advice mailings, sponsorship give-aways with sage-colored M & M’s and other helpful but fun ways to tout the benefits of using an exclusive buyer agent to buy a home. Sage Realty works exclusively with home buyers as an advocate for them in the metropolitan Philadelphia area. It is one of the only companies in the area to focus only on buyers, although the concept is quite popular in other parts of the country.
